At Vermont Good Wood, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our artisanal home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your wood products in their original shipping materials to prevent scratching or warping during transit; please include the RMA slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Workshop

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
